- Cancellation of public utilities and telecommunication services
- Assistance in obtaining refunds of all outstanding utilities deposits
- Documentation of condition of premises
- Consultation and tips for ensuring full security deposit refund
- Participation in walk-through and hand-over by an Orientations Consultant
- Point of contact for service providers once employee has repatriated
